At Verve, we were thrilled to be approached by Hydro Technal, a prominent organization in the architectural glass and doors industry, to assist in setting up their office in Dubai, UAE. Our designs needed, not to be only immaculate but also implemented with millimeter precision. Our esteemed clients envisioned creating a leading showroom in the region, so we adopted a thorough approach to achieve flawless results. Our initial step was to develop a comprehensive design layout which took us over four months.

The two main sections of the hall were divided into the space for the office and the showroom. Our key objective was to give a memorable and exceptional experience to our client. The extreme ceiling in the showroom area presented challenges as it needed to ideally showcase around 30 of Hydro Technal's best products. Designing heavy-duty metal posts was necessary because most of their products were tall and required anchoring to both the floor and ceiling, allowing spotlights to highlight them effectively. Innovative work went into constructing these massive metal structures with minimal visible joints or screws. We ensured that all products, particularly the sliding doors, performed optimally. Structural calculations were precisely conducted, adhering to strict tolerances for bending.

PURSUING EXCELLENCE WITH SCRUPULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL

We opted for hairline joints and jet diffusers for the ceiling and flooring to ensure a flawless and smooth appearance. The lighting was carefully set up to highlight the products without casting any obstructive shadows. We chose materials with a minimalist approach: wood veneer, concrete-look flooring, and white walls, all conveying a sense of refined luxury. The office area featured high ceilings to create a spacious workspace filled with natural light. Moreover, closed cabins were built with excellent soundproofing and tall doors to enhance the cultured look. Neutral grays were paired with lavish greenery and wood elements to create a revitalizing ambiance.

Our esteemed client places a high priority on sustainability. Reflecting Hydro Technal's commitment to reducing carbon footprints and leadership in recycling, we created one of the largest live green walls. This wall, featuring carefully selected plants and an automated hydration system, sets new design standards while enhancing the space excellently.

The project took nearly a year to complete, and the results perfectly aligned with our vision. The initial renderings closely matched the final look, showcasing our client's unwavering dedication and our team's determined efforts to create a truly exceptional and visit-worthy space.

CRAFTING A MAGNIFICENT AND LUXURIOUS AMBIANCE
