The Consensys project, located in Dubai Design District, Dubai, one of Verve's most significant undertakings, was awarded based on the exceptional value the company provided to the client. As part of an expansion, the client needed to transition from a 3,000 ft² office to an 8,000 ft² space. The goal was to maintain the original style while reusing materials from the previous office. Verve proposed the innovative idea of relocating all office walls and reassembling them in the new space, preserving the look and feel of the old office within the new environment. To maintain the industrial and authentic design, 90 workstations were required for the expanded workspace. A salvage report indicated that 63% of the civil finishes could be reused, including inlay wiring, gypsum walls, and flooring. Impressively, the client’s independent assessment confirmed a 65% salvage rate. As a result, Verve was selected as the exclusive provider for the project, successfully meeting the client's expectations and delivering on their commitment.

The workspace is thoughtfully divided into distinct functional zones with discreet informal seating, ensuring an open and visually accessible environment. Cabins and meeting rooms are strategically placed near the main entrance, maintaining privacy while staying connected to the rest of the office. The personal touches added by the client reflect their vision for the space. Remarkably, the entire project was completed within 65 calendar days.

The bold decision to recycle and upcycle materials was driven by the office's expansion from 3,000 to 8,000 square feet, embracing a raw industrial design approach. The design successfully incorporated 65% of the original materials from the first phase, preserving a cohesive industrial and interactive aesthetic throughout.

The space was crafted using glass, exposed concrete, and modernist materials, with strategic pops of color, murals, and inspirational sayings adding charm. The carefully designed furnishings, dream catchers, greenery, and interactive zones reflect the daily burst of creativity within the office.
