Bybit Fintech Limited, located in DWTC, Dubai, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, entrusted us with the task of designing and constructing their ideal workspace in Dubai, UAE. The office, located in a prime spot at One Central, spans an entire floor, offering ample space for networking, collaboration, and relaxation. From the outset, the design was guided by key concepts: raw industrial, casual, and fun.

The layout features a predominantly open office with exposed ceilings and walls, complemented by quiet rooms and focused work areas that create distinct zones within the space. Seventy percent of the floor is covered with carpet, while the walls are enhanced with acoustic panels to address noise challenges. The heart of the office is the work café, a central hub where employees can collaborate and hold informal meetings. Each desk is equipped with utilities that enable employees to work flexibly from any location within the office. The project’s success lies in the seamless integration of Bybit’s vision with functionality and aesthetics, achieved through expertise, creativity, and continuous collaboration with the client.
