Beyond One

Beyond One challenges every norm in conventional office design. Collaborating closely with DBM as the interior design consultant and Compass Construction Management overseeing the build, Verve took on the role of fit-out contractor. The project was a dynamic learning experience for the entire team, providing numerous insights. With a focus on sustainability, the project emphasized handcrafted, small-scale industry sourcing and the use of reclaimed materials, which led the procurement team to engage with a unique array of vendors. The use of on-site 1:1 design mock-ups was instrumental in accelerating project timelines by enabling swift decision-making from stakeholders. The design features an expansive open terrace, slightly larger than the interior space, serving as a serene retreat. This terrace was meticulously crafted with multiple pergola courts and seating areas, all carefully engineered to withstand local wind loads.
