Following the initial design workshops, our dedicated supply chain collaborates with consultants to produce detailed shop drawing packages. This coordination accelerates the engineering phase by securing consultant approvals before submission. While 2D and 3D visuals are often associated with the final product, we use this tool to explore options for finishes, furniture, and lighting throughout the design process. Our 3D renderings allow clients to visualize the designs and concepts before construction begins, making it easy to adjust textures, lighting, materials, and surfaces in collaboration with our specialist designers. Additionally, we utilize the latest Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to generate digital representations of buildings' physical and functional characteristics, supported by various advanced tools.
